A great entrepreneurship experience I had was when I became an intern at a coffee company called LeVelles Coffee Company. The company had just started and my boss had very little experience so I got to see how hard it is to actually try to get a product into markets. My boss had his parents to help back his company and he successfully got his product into Wards and Lucky's Market. After a year of operating, the company didn't make enough money so he ended up selling it to some people in California.I enrolled in ENT 3003 because I needed 4 more elective credits and this was the only elective that was 4 credits. After watching the first lecture I hope that I can become an entrepreneur.
How much did he get for his company?
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to meet you Will! Your entrepreneurship story seemed to be a great learning experience for you and your boss. I think that it is awesome that you were able to intern and learn a lot of the logistics that take place behind the scenes. That is really cool that your boss was able to get his product into Lucky's Market. That is quite a success.
ReplyDeleteI forgot to share the link to my story. I have definitely witnessed the hardship of entrepreneurship just like you mentioned in your story. Feel free to check out my entrepreneur story here: http://rachelecarter.blogspot.com/2016/01/my-entrepreneurship-story.html
